As part of the operation of this website www.annagold.at will be the Imprint listed company (hereinafter referred to as "we") as the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is active.

1.1 Scope of data processing

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer, whereby the data listed below is collected and stored in the log files of our system:

  • IP address of the user;
  • http method and http version;
  • Access status/status code of the server responder;
  • Browser version;
  • Referrer URL (website from which the user's system accesses our website);
  • User name of the visitor (if logged in via system login - if the user is logged in within a web application and this has its own user administration, the user name is not logged);
  • Date and time of the request and number of bytes sent;
  • Responses from the server; and
  • Error codes.

1.2 Purpose of data processing

Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

Data is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of our website. In addition, the data is used to optimize our website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. The data is not analyzed for marketing purposes.

1.3 Legal basis

The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, whereas our legitimate interest in data processing is to achieve the purposes described under point 1.2.

1.4 Storage period

The data is either deleted at the end of the respective session or anonymized or stored in log files. If the data is stored in log files, it is deleted after sixty (60) days.

The data is not stored in any other form that enables the data subject to be identified.

1.5 Recipients

For the provision of our website, in particular for technical processing, we use service providers who process your data on our behalf, so-called "processors". We make use of team-mt and jweiland as a processor.

If necessary, your data will also be forwarded to the following recipients:

  • authorities (such as, but not limited to, municipal, district and federal authorities, etc.);
  • Legal representatives and notaries; and
  • Courts.

2.3 Changing your cookie settings

You can set your browser so that cookies are generally not stored and/or cookies that have already been stored are deleted. All common browsers allow you to block the storage of cookies at all or the storage of cookies from third-party providers and to delete cookies that have already been stored. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

 

3. Integration of video material

Our website includes a video in the header area that is provided via the YouTube platform. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter "YouTube").

The video is embedded in "enhanced privacy mode". According to YouTube, no cookies are set in this mode to analyze user behavior as long as the video is not played. Only when the video is actively played can data be transferred to YouTube, in particular the IP address, technical information about the device used and possibly usage data (e.g. playback behavior) can be processed.

This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in an appealing, user-friendly presentation of our online offering. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. via a cookie banner), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

Right to withdraw consent

If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. We will no longer process this data in the future after receiving your revocation. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to information

You can request information about the personal data processed about you, in particular about the origin and categories of data processed, the storage period, the recipients to whom your personal data is or has been disclosed, the purpose or type of processing. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data that we process about you.

We would like to point out that no information is to be provided if this would jeopardize the business or trade secrets of the controller or third parties.

Right to rectification

If we process data about you that is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected or completed - also by means of a supplementary declaration.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you. We will be happy to delete your data if this is provided for by law (Art. 17 GDPR).

We would like to point out that the right to erasure does not exist in particular if we are required to process the data in order to fulfill a legal obligation or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing

If it is unclear whether the data processed about you is incorrect or incomplete or is being processed unlawfully, you can request that we restrict the use of your personal data.

Right to object

Even if your personal data is correct and complete and is processed by us lawfully, you can object to the processing of this data in special individual cases justified by you. You can also object if you receive direct advertising from us and no longer wish to receive this in future.

Right to data portability

If we process personal data about you that you have provided to us, you may, under certain circumstances, request that this data be transmitted to you in a machine-readable format. You can also instruct us to transmit this data directly to a third party of your choice, provided this is technically feasible.

Right to complain
