Our website includes a video in the header area that is provided via the YouTube platform. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter "YouTube").
The video is embedded in "enhanced privacy mode". According to YouTube, no cookies are set in this mode to analyze user behavior as long as the video is not played. Only when the video is actively played can data be transferred to YouTube, in particular the IP address, technical information about the device used and possibly usage data (e.g. playback behavior) can be processed.
This processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in an appealing, user-friendly presentation of our online offering. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. via a cookie banner), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Right to withdraw consent
If we process your data on the basis of your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. We will no longer process this data in the future after receiving your revocation. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to information
You can request information about the personal data processed about you, in particular about the origin and categories of data processed, the storage period, the recipients to whom your personal data is or has been disclosed, the purpose or type of processing. We would like to point out that no information is to be provided if this would jeopardize the business or trade secrets of the controller or third parties.

You have the right to request that we erase personal data concerning you. We will be happy to delete your data if this is provided for by law (Art. 17 GDPR).
